About The Artist
Lois Arthur-Nolasco has been involved with Home-Start for many years, serving as a trustee for 15 years until her retirement a couple of years ago. She is passionate about supporting vulnerable families in our community and sees this exhibition as a wonderful opportunity to contribute to their vital work.
An accomplished painter, Lois primarily works in watercolour and occasionally explores mixed media and pastels, covering a diverse range of subjects. She has successfully exhibited at various local exhibitions over the years, including setting up an annual art exhibition at Fowlmere Primary School, which raised around £30,000 for the school during her 15-year tenure.
Lois has a deep connection with the community, and her dedication to supporting local families is reflected in her art. Now, she aims to clear some space in her loft while helping a worthy cause by showcasing her beautiful creations at Curwens.
