In 2023/24, we were proud to help 102 families, including 226 children aged 9 and under. Our dedicated team, alongside trained volunteers, provides friendly, confidential, and practical support to families facing challenges. Building a Strong Network of Care for Families
We work closely with a wide range of local family support services and organisations, building a robust network of care for families who need it most. By collaborating with health professionals, schools, social workers, and other community-based organisations, we ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
