Meet Our Staff Team
We are a dedicated group passionate about supporting local families. Led by the Scheme Manager, who oversees the charity’s daily operations, each team member plays a vital role. From co-ordinating volunteers and families to running family support groups, fundraising, administration, and building partnerships, our team works together to ensure parents and children get the help they need to thrive. Sarah – Scheme Manager
Sarah oversees the day-to-day running of the charity, supporting our staff, volunteers, and families. She works closely with our Trustees, referrers, and other local family support agencies, including fellow Home-Start schemes, to ensure families get the help they need.
Jackie – Senior Co-ordinator
Jackie leads our team of co-ordinators, making sure the support we provide meets the needs of every family and volunteer involved.
Jo – Co-ordinator
Jo plays a key role in linking families, volunteers, referrers, and other agencies, ensuring that every family receives the right support at the right time.
Kayleigh – Co-ordinator
Kayleigh focuses on our family support groups, helping to connect families and volunteers so that everyone feels included, supported, and valued.
Angie – Fundraising Manager
Angie drives our fundraising and events, building relationships with local businesses, community groups, and supporters to help fund our vital work.
Laura – Administrator
Laura keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, handling administration, supporting the team, and ensuring families, volunteers, and referrers receive the information they need.
Keely – Digital Marketing and Fundraising
Keely focuses on our digital engagement, managing our social media and web content. She works closely with Angie to ensure that our supporters and the wider community are aware of upcoming events and ways to get involved with the charity.
