An evening of entertainment with Jude Simpson
Come and be entertained for the evening by Home-Start’s talented poet-in-residence, Jude Simpson.
This event will be hosted by our Fundraising Events Support Manager, Tracy Aggett and will be held at Royston Bowling Club on Monday, 20th November at 7:15 pm. Refreshments will be available on arrival.
Jude is an absolute magician of words and poetry and a wonderful supporter of Home-Start. She will be bringing to life some of her new material and telling us about her journey as a writer/poet, about the book that she has just ghostwritten, and the writing of a school nativity play.
Jude is also asking anyone who attends to bring their favourite piece of poetry along, which you can read out to the audience, or Jude can do this if you prefer.
This event is free to attend, but at the end of the evening, we will ask for donations – 50% go to Jude and 50% to Home-Start.
