EVENT: Tea Tasting Experience

At Home with Home-Start: Tea Tasting Experience in partnership with teapigs

Friday 19th February (2:00 pm – 3:00 pm) & Saturday 20th February 2021 (1:00 pm – 2:00 pm GMT)

Are you a tea lover? A tea addict? Or maybe you’d like to know more about different kinds of teas, but not sure where to start?

Whatever your thoughts are on tea, why not join us for an exclusive Tea Party in February?

We are really pleased to be partnering with renowned tea company teapigs to bring you an out of this world tea tasting experience. (Teapigs sprang to life in November 2006 with the aim of getting the nation to drinking real tea. More info on teapigs can be found on their website.)

Spend an hour with the teapigs tea experts, taste 8 different kinds of tea, learn about how tea is grown and how it is harvested, what make tea “green,” and just why it tastes so good!

We have two dates available, Friday 19th February and Saturday 20th February – both kicking off at 2 pm. Tickets cost £15 each, and that includes:

  • a selection box of 8 TeaPig teas
  • an hour’s zoom with TeaPig experts
  • you’ll learn how tea is grown and harvested
  • what makes tea green or black
  • why green tea is good for you, and
  • how to brew the perfect cup with each different tea type

This is an exclusive online event with Home-Start and we can’t wait to have a ‘cuppa’ with you!

Places are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
