Our staff team

Tracy, Office Manager  

Tracy has been with Home-Start Royston and South Cambridgeshire since 2005, joining as the office administrator and bringing a wealth of admin from a wide variety of settings. Tracy’s role at HSRSC involves her having contact with families, volunteers, Trustees and of course the staff team.  Tracy is responsible for the running of the office and enjoys her varied and interesting working days. Tracy has 2 grown up daughters, and is very involved in the Royston community.


Sarah, Scheme Manager
Sarah joined HSRSC in 2010.  After finishing University Sarah went on to work in a residential school for children with severe epilepsy and then as an Education Welfare Officer supporting schools in improving attendance levels. After having her own children Sarah became very involved in the local preschool, taking on the position of Chair for the last academic year.  Sarah has 2 school age children and enjoys the challenge of her role as Scheme Manager.


Jackie, Co-ordinator

Jackie joined HSRSC in July 2013. Her background has been in various roles within local authorities and the voluntary sector. Jackie volunteered for the Harlow Food bank and then became the Co-ordinator working with and training volunteers and liaising with people in crises.  Jackie worked for Home-Start East Herts before joining HSRSC in her role as co-ordinator. She has two school age children.


Jo, Co-ordinator

Since moving to North Hertfordshire in 1990 Jo has been a strong supporter of the local community as a school parent helper, an early years practitioner at a village pre-school and as a voluntary church youth co-ordinator.  She is married with two grown up sons and feels very fortunate to be part of a strong family network.  Having been a Home-Start volunteer for 14 months, Jo is now enjoying her role and helping to continue the valuable work they do in supporting vulnerable families.
