Our staff team

Tracy, Office Manager

Tracy has been with Home-Start Royston and South Cambridgeshire since 2005, joining as the office administrator and bringing a wealth of admin from a wide variety of settings. Tracy’s role at HSRSC involves her having contact with families, volunteers, Trustees and of course the staff team.  Tracy is responsible for the running of the office and enjoys her varied and interesting working days. Tracy has 2 grown up daughters, and is very involved in the Royston community.

Sarah, Senior Co-ordinator
Sarah joined HSRSC in 2010.  After finishing University Sarah went on to work in a residential school for children with severe epilepsy and then as an Education Welfare Officer supporting schools in improving attendance levels. After having her own children Sarah became very involved in the local preschool, taking on the position of Chair for the last academic year.  Sarah has 2 school age children and enjoys the challenge of her role as Senior Co-ordinator.

Jackie, Co-ordinator

Jackie joined HSRSC in July 2013. Her background has been in various roles within local authorities and the voluntary sector. Jackie volunteered for the Harlow Food bank and then became the Co-ordinator working with and training volunteers and liaising with people in crises.  Jackie worked for Home-Start East Herts before joining HSRSC in her role as co-ordinator. She has two school age children.

Roman, Fundraiser

Roman has recently joined the Meldreth based team to help raise funds to support the work of HSRSC. Having previously worked in industry, he has spent much of his spare time supporting various charities and PTA's as a volunteer fundraiser. He is now very much looking forward to dedicating his time to a wide range of projects that will generate the necessary income to help and improve the lives of the families we support. As well as being a Parish Councillor for the village of Bottisham, Roman is married with 2 daughters and when not volunteering or acting as "taxi of Dad", enjoys all sports, going to the cinema and eating out.
